🌿 AYURVEDIC UNDERSTANDING (Simple) In Ayurveda, this condition is linked to: Vata aggravation (overthinking, restlessness) Mild Rajas dominance (constant mental activity) Depletion of Medha Shakti (power of grasping & retention) ✅ WHAT YOU SHOULD DO (STEP-BY-STEP) 1️⃣ STUDY STRATEGY (VERY IMPORTANT) Don’t study continuously for long hours. ✔ Use 45–50 min study + 10 min break ✔ During breaks: Stand up Stretch Look away from books/screens ❌ Don’t use phone during breaks 👉 This alone improves retention a lot. 2️⃣ DAILY MENTAL CALMING HABITS 5–10 minutes slow breathing (morning or evening) Avoid multitasking while studying One subject at a time 🌿 SAFE AYURVEDIC SUPPORT (IF NEEDED) ✅ Brahmi Why: Improves concentration & retention Calms exam stress How to take: Brahmi powder ½ teaspoon with warm water or milk Once daily (morning or evening) ✅ Ashwagandha (if stress is prominent) Why: Reduces stress response Improves mental stamina How to take: Ashwagandha powder ½ teaspoon with warm milk at night 👉 You can take either one or both together safely. ✅ OPTIONAL (Very helpful) Shankhpushpi syrup – improves focus and memory Brahmi ghrita – if concentration is very poor (under guidance) 🍽️ DIET & LIFESTYLE TIPS Avoid excess caffeine Eat warm, fresh food Add ghee to diet (small amount) Stay hydrated ⏳ WHEN WILL YOU SEE IMPROVEMENT? Initial improvement in 2–3 weeks Better retention in 4–6 weeks 👉 Consistency matters more than intensity.
