🌿 INTERNAL MEDICINES 1. Yograj Guggulu Dose: 1 tablet (250 mg) twice daily After meals with warm water Benefits: Reduces joint inflammation, stiffness, nerve pain, helps scoliosis-related discomfort Duration: 6–8 weeks ⚠️ If you feel acidity or heaviness, reduce to once daily.

2. Dashmool Kwath (Decoction) Dose: 15 ml decoction + 15 ml warm water Once daily in the morning, empty stomach Benefits: Strong anti-inflammatory, excellent for hip and back pain 👉 If kwath is not available: Dashmool capsules: 1 capsule twice daily after food
