Aapne jo reaction bataya (vomiting, pasina, sir ke peeche jalan) — woh alcohol + anxiety medicine ka mix hone se bhi ho sakta hai. Isliye ab halka, liver-safe aur calming approach zaroori hai.

Before starting this medicines aapse kuch aur share karna sar peeche jalan abhi tak jub jyada stress leta hu, mujhe gas bahoot hoti jub main drink nahi karta tha tubse, mere 3 major operation hue theh jub main 5 saal ka tha, abhi mere mind non stop negetive thoughts and kuch na chlta rehta hai like khudse se mind main baatien hona jo mere week points ko mind ko notice karwana. Pet main jalan ya bloating hoti jub bhi kuch khata hu.

Anxiety + stress → sar ke peeche jalan Anxiety → gas, pet ki jalan, bloating Non-stop negative thoughts = anxious mind, pagalpan nahi Alcohol se temporary relief milta hai → dependence ban gaya

Based on recent talks I am changing the plan for now

1️⃣ Avipattikar Churna ⭐ Dose: ½ chhoti chamach Time: Raat ko khane ke baad With: Thanda pani For: Pet ki jalan, gas, sar ki jalan

2️⃣ Brahmi Ghrita Dose: ¼ chhoti chamach Time: Subah khali pet With: Halka garam pani For: Negative thoughts, mind calming 👉 Agar pet sensitive ho → alternate day

3️⃣ Shankhpushpi Syrup Dose: 10 ml Time: Raat ko sone se pehle For: Overthinking, neend, anxiety

⚠️ Important rules Alcohol ke 1–2 ghante andar koi dawa na lein Pet theek hue bina mind ki strong dawa na lein

Mam, main 8 baje alcohol leta hu toh dawa kaise lu raat wali Jo apne prescribed ki hai ? Main roz do goli trika .5 leta hu, ek din main ek raat main drink karne baad jo mind and body arjust kar chuki h woh dawa last 7 saal se kha raha hu, woh habit forming medicine hai band karne par usse bhi anxiety badegi, mujhe sinus hai bachpan se uski wajas se drink karna start Kiya tha, mujhe sleeping disorder bhi h bina drink kiye neend nahi aati. Please help aur raat main koi dawa priscribe na kare.

Aap “neend ke liye alcohol” pe rely kar rahe ho, par ye sleep quality kharab karta hai aur medicine ke effect ko bhi interfere karta hai. Try to avoid this at night , if it is mandatory to take it at 8 pm night then start on alternate day , try to avoid alternatively alcohol and that day take medicine.

Panic hone pe gas aur active ho jati aur pet chun chun hota hai, drink chorna abhi possible nahi par kum dunga aaj se, pet ko strong karne ke koi medicine ho toh bataiye, pehle lever ko strong kartte h phir mental health ki consultation le leta hu aapse .kis company ki medicine lu jo jyada effective ho mam, kyuki yha online 20 se bhi jyada brands dikh rahe hai.
