अनिद्रा – Vata-Pitta Prakopa Manasika Chinta / Stress related Nidranasha - औषधि (Medicines): Brahmi Vati (with Gold / plain) 1 गोली सुबह + 1 गोली रात को भोजन के बाद, गुनगुने पानी से Tagara (Valeriana wallichii) Churna 250 mg रात को गुनगुने दूध के साथ Ashwagandha Churna 3 ग्राम रात को दूध के साथ Saraswatarishta 15 ml + बराबर पानी रात के खाने के बाद (यदि ज्यादा घबराहट हो तो) 5. Jatamansi Churna – 500 mg रात को - पथ्य–अपथ्य (Advice): रात 10:30 बजे तक सोने का प्रयास करें सोने से 1 घंटा पहले मोबाइल/TV बंद चाय-कॉफी शाम के बाद बंद अनुलोम-विलोम + भ्रामरी प्राणायाम (10–15 मिनट) - परहेज़: रात में जागना बहुत तीखा, खट्टा, तला हुआ भोजन शराब / धूम्रपान - Follow-up: 15 दिन बाद
