Hello I totally get how frustrating it must be to deal with knee swelling and pain for two whole years, especially at just 30! I see you’ve tried all sorts of treatments without lasting results. When pain keeps coming back, it usually means we haven’t found the real reason. Don’t worry, we can figure this out together! YOUR CONCERN – Chronic knee pain (on the side) – Swelling that just won’t quit – Pain gets worse after sitting for a while – Sometimes other joints swell up too – This has been going on for over 2 years Sounds like it’s more than just a simple muscle issue – it’s something deeper in the joint.
