Mujhe emotional numbness ho gya hai ashwagandha khana sa 40 din tak mena ashgandha liya tha abhi tak me normal feel nahi kar paa raha hu kab tak normal hoga please suggest solution

Ashwagandha lene se kuch logon ko emotional numbness / dull feeling ho sakti hai. Ye usually temporary hota hai. Mostly 2–4 weeks body normal ho jati hai Agar aapne band kar diya hai to dheere-dheere feeling wapas aati hai Kya kare Ashwagandha abhi band rakhein Daily walk / exercise kare Fresh fruits aur pani zyada le Achhi neend le Friends / family se baat kare (emotions improve hote hain) Take Brahmi ya Shankhpushpi syrup – mind calm karne me help karta hai

-Ashwagandha generally safe mana jata hai, lekin kuch logon mein emotional blunting / numbness jaise effects aa sakte hain -Aksar yeh reversible hota hai, matlab supplement band karne ke baad dheere-dheere normal feelings wapas aa jati hain. -Usually 2–8 weeks mein improvement aane lagti hai after stopping. Aapne bataya hai ki 1–2 months ho chuke hain—iska matlab yeh phase abhi recovery window ke andar hai. Kuch logon ko 3 months bhi lag sakte hain, especially agar nervous system thoda sensitive ho. -Ashwagandha bilkul avoid rakhein (abhi aur future mein). -Routine ko thoda stable banayein: Sone-uthne ka fixed time -Roz 20–30 min walk ya light exercise Dopamine ko naturally stimulate karein: Sunlight (subah 10–15 min) Music, thodi social interaction (pressure ke bina) -Caffeine & alcohol limit karein (yeh numbness ko prolong kar sakte hain). -Nutrition support: Omega-3 (flaxseed / fish) B-complex foods (eggs, dal, nuts) Forcefully “feel” karne ki koshish mat karein → Jitna zyada force karte hain, utna delay hota hai.
