-Diagnosis: Insomnia, Anxiety, Mild Depression Dosha Predominance: Vata-Pitta -Prescription 1)Brahmi vati 2 tab at night with warm milk, for 30 days. 2)Ashwagandha powder – 1 grams, night /morning with warm milk, for 30 days. 3)Sukhaadi oil nasal drops – 2 to 4 drops per nostril, morning and evening, for 14–21 days. 4)ksheerbala oil message on feet Daily before sleep Additional Advice -Massage: Daily warm oil massage (10–15 minutes) before bath. Diet: Warm milk with a pinch of turmeric or nutmeg at night; light, easy-to-digest meals; avoid cold, raw, or very spicy foods at night; include ghee for balance. -Lifestyle: Gentle morning walk, meditation or deep breathing, maintain consistent sleep-wake schedule. -Follow-up: After 30 days to check improvement and adjust doses if needed. ⚠️ Precautions: Start with lower doses; do not exceed the recommended amount. - if doesn’t get relief then will plan for Shirodhara and nasya under supervision.
