Struggling with Insomnia and Fatigue - #50651

I am suffering from insomnia, cant sleep during night,feel tired n exhausted each day.Sleep span is very short.Also forget words--not sentences.Lost sheen on my face.Kindly help to restore minimum of 7-8 hours of sleep.Recommend some ayurvedic medicine pls

–You have chronic insomnia, which is causing your tiredness, word-finding difficulty, and dull skin. This is usually due to long-term stress and nervous system imbalance. —Rx: 1)Tab. Ashwagandha 500 mg – 1 tab HS with warm milk × 4 weeks 2)Tab. Brahmi 250 mg – 1 tab OD in morning ×4 weeks 3)Cap. Tagara 250 mg – 1 cap HS × 2 weeks 4)Ksheerapaka with Jaiphal (pinch) at bedtime —External: Padabhyanga with warm Tila Taila/ ksheerbala taila HS daily —Pathya: Early light dinner, no caffeine after 2 PM, digital detox 1 hr before sleep, fixed sleep schedule before 11 pm —Advice: Check Thyroid profile, Vit B12, Vit D. —Review after: 4 weeks
