Hello, It is safe to take ayurveda treatment with allopathic antidepressants; there should be a gap of 30 minutes to 45 minutes between these two. MAHAKALYANAKA GHRITHAM ONE TEASPOON WITH WATER AFTER BREAKFAST AND AFETR DINNER FOR 60 DAYS. I hope you are also in touch with counsellor. Please start practicing yogasana and pranayama (45 minutes asana and 20 minutes pranayama) everyday. Take care, Kind regards.
