I’ve started using Bala Ashwagandha Taila for body massage, hoping it will help with my muscle weakness and joint stiffness. My doctor said Bala Ashwagandha Taila is great for Vata imbalances and general strengthening, but I’m not sure if I’m using it the right way. I usually warm up Bala Ashwagandha Taila and massage it all over my body before showering. It feels relaxing, but I wonder if I should be leaving it on longer.
