Stress has a way of amplifying Vata symptoms, so minimizing it is key. Ensure she's getting enough quality sleep — about 7 to 9 hours is ideal.
While these techniques can assist in rebalancing the body, be open to modifying them based on how she feels. If improvement is inconsistent or symptoms worsen, it might be necessary to review her condition with a healthcare practitioner familiar with both Ayurveda and conventional medicine. Always keep safety as a priority, and avoid delaying necessary medical interventions.
