I am addicted to Lorazepam since 1 year. I tried leaving it but now I am suffering with heavy depression and withdrawal symptoms. I can't manage this withdrawal symptoms I don't get sleep without Lorazepam

Don’t withdraw lonazepam suddenly otherwise you will get withdrawal symptoms Start on Medha vati- 1 tab twice daily after food with lukewarm water Saraswathi aristha- 4 tsp with equal quantity of water twice daily after food After 10 days of starting this make 1/2 tab clonazepam daily the 1/2 alt days then once in two days , like that you can stop

Slowly taper down dose of lorzepam.i.e.if you are taking 1 tab daily take 1/2 tab for week then 1/4 for 1 week… Cap.Brahmi 2-0-2 Cap.Stresscom 1-0-1 Regular exercise and meditation
