Aapke symptoms, jaise ki sir dard, pakad ka bharripan, gas aur thakan, kaafi sambhavit hai ki aapke dosha imbalance ya fir agni mein bhi koi samasya ho sakti hai. Iska mantrana unme se kisi dosha imbalance ke saath sambandhodayak ho sakti hai. Lagta hai ki aapke vata aur pitta dosha dono thora imbalance hain, jiske kaaran aapko ye yukti aur asantulan anubhav ho raha hai.

Sabse pehli cheez, aapko apna daily routine set karna hoga taaki aapka din thoda discipline aur samay par ho. Subah uthne ke baad ek glass gun-guna pani pee sakte hain, yeh aapke shreed mein digestive agni ko jagaayega. Koshish kariye ki jaldi jagne ka aur sone ka samay same ya similar ho, taaki aapki body clock adjust ho sake.

Apne diet mein neemboon ka ras aur adrak ka chutki bhar milakar, khana se pehle pe kare, isse apka agni prajvalit hoga aur gas formation kam hoga. Taaza sabziyon ka patch kaas, dhaniya aur jeera se again soup bana kar daily consume karke dekhiye, yeh body ke balance aur digestion system ko sudharne mein madad kar sakta hai.

Sir dard ko kam karne ke liye aap thoda tail ke sath apne maathe par masssage kar sakte hai, jaise narial ka tail ya sesame oil ko thoda warm karke hatho mein lagakar maathe pe halka dabav ke sath laga sakte hai. Yeh vata dosha ko shaant karta hai.

Agar day-time drowsiness ya thakan bana rehta hai toh aap haldi ka doodh shaam ko peeye aur aapko shant neend mein madad karega. Kuch yogasan jise anulom-vilom naaadi shodhan aur bhramari pranayama ko daily routine mein shamil karne ki koshish kare, yeh vata aur pitta ko harmonize kr k santulan mein lata hai.
