How to get rid of dual vision - #20326

I'm 51 years single man. Back in 2008 , I got an epileptic fit & fell from motorcycle & since then I have a dual vision & I can't drive any vehicle even bicycle . Eye specialist after all tests says that there's is no diplopia as MRI results shows that that the optic nerve is healthy and there's something else because when I see from one eye 👀 whether it's left or right eye the vision is clear & normal but when I see from both eyes the vision becomes dual. Please note that I got fits from 2008 to 2013 & since then I have no fit. I used tegral tablet for that, will you please help me to get rid of this dual vision.

How many times this therapy had to be done ? Does Desi ghee is safe for eyes as one has to blink eyes after pouring it on eyes or massage of eyes and around eyes is enough ?

I am telling about trataka gazing exercises Move your eyeball all sides 5 times lik left right up down lt corner down rt corner up clock wise anti-clockwise all five times then take your finger index far for 1 metr gaze it bring slowly near your nose After everything rub your palms and touch your eyes Daily do it

These are the eye exercises just follow how I have mentioned like just move your eye balls to right side and then left side then up then down rt up corner left down corner do five times then keep your index finger 1 mtr far keep gazing for 1 minute then slowly bring towards your nose then rub your both palms keep on your eyes Then with gentle finger tips from circular motion massage your face from near to outer Drink carrot juice

Hello I advise to do panchakarma from nearest center 1. Aakshi tarpana with jeevantyadi ghritham 2. Netra abhyanga 2. Nasya with pshadbindu thaila

Internal medications 1. Sapthamrutham 2 -0-2 after breakfast and dinner 2. Thriphaladi ghritham 1 tsp at bedtime followed by warm water

External application 1. Triphaladi coconut oil - warm oil apply on head half hour before bath

Please note that I am from Pakistan and only triphla powder is available here. Can you suggest any alternatives which I can buy from here. Thanks

Triphala grith you can get online, if not possible Take 1/2tsp. triphala powder in a glass of water soak overnight, morning finely strain and use it to wash your eyes in the morning after you wake up, similarly wash your eyes before bedtime. can use cow’s pure ghee to massage your both feet sole

Second, daily practices such as Trataka, a yogic eye exercise involving gazing at a fixed point, such as a candle flame, could strengthen the eye muscles and improve coordination. Do it for 5-10 minutes every day, but stop if you feel strain.

Third, herbal remedies like Triphala water washes might cleanse and refresh your eyes. Soak Triphala powder in water overnight, strain in the morning, and use the water to gently cleanse your eyes. Be cautious if your eyes are sensitive, consult an expert before trying home remedies.

Fourth, consider relaxing practices like Shirodhara. This involves a steady stream of oil poured on the forehead, relaxing the nervous system and potentially benefiting conditions related to nerve strain.

Lastly, while Ayurveda offers gentle yet powerful solutions, your unique condition suggests an underlying detail that may need more extensive investigation.
