I am really struggling with overthinking lately, and it’s driving me nuts! Just the other day, I was trying to plan a simple get-together with friends, and I found myself spiraling into all these thoughts about what if they didn't have fun or what if something goes wrong! Everything felt overwhelming, you know? It’s not just about social stuff, though; I can't stop replaying past conversations in my head, thinking about what I coulda said different or just worrying about what people think. I read a bit about how to remove overthinking using mindfulness but not sure what works best. Some days I try breathing exercises and that helps a lil bit, but I end up back to the same cycle. Like, why can't I just relax? I did some yoga too, but I still feel my mind racing. Any Ayurvedic tips or practices on how to remove overthinking? Would love some practical suggestions, anything that can help turn this around!
