Hello I can understand your concern regarding sneezing, nasal blockage, throat irritation, dry cough, breathlessness, and worsening in the morning but dont worry we are here to help you out😊

✅AYURVEDIC PLAN OF TREATMENT

✅ Internal Remedies

1. Haridrakhand – 1 tsp twice daily with warm milk or water; (excellent anti-allergic and Kapha-Pitta pacifier.)

2. Talisadi Churna – ½ tsp twice daily with honey after food —, (reduces cough, phlegm, and throat irritation.)

3. Sitopaladi Churna + Godanti Bhasma 1 pinch – relieves (sneezing, throat irritation, and dry cough.)

4. Tribhuvan Kirti Ras 1-0-1 — for blocked nose and headache during acute attacks (short-term use).

5. Chyawanprash Avaleha – 1 tsp daily morning; builds respiratory immunity and reduces recurrence.

If asthma symptoms are dominant-

Vasavaleha – 1 tsp twice daily after food (with warm water) helps open airways and clear mucus.

✅Nasya (Nasal Therapy)

Morning after bathing, apply 2 drops of Anu Taila in each nostril. 👉 This strengthens nasal mucosa, reduces dust/pollen sensitivity, and opens sinuses. 👉 Continue daily for 2–3 months.

✅Panchakarma & Detox Therapies

These therapies eliminate accumulated Kapha and allergens:

-Vamana Karma – for chronic Kapha/allergy issues. -Nasya Karma – medicated oil nasal drops (daily). -Dhoomapana – herbal smoke therapy for sinus and throat cleansing. -Abhyanga + Swedana (oil massage and steam) – loosens Kapha and improves circulation.

✅Diet & Lifestyle Guidelines

✅Include-

Warm, light, freshly prepared meals. Soups made of moong dal, tulsi, black pepper, and dry ginger. Add turmeric, ginger, black pepper, cloves, cinnamon — they clear Kapha and act as natural antihistamines. 1 tsp honey mixed with tulsi juice and turmeric daily in morning. Warm water with lemon and pinch of black pepper.

❌ Avoid

Cold, refrigerated, sour, or heavy foods (curd, cheese, banana, cold drinks). Bakery products, ice creams, fermented foods. Exposure to dust, smoke, and early morning cold breeze. Sleeping immediately after meals.

✅ Lifestyle and Yoga

Practice Anulom Vilom, Bhramari Do steam inhalation with tulsi + ajwain leaves.

Keep your environment dust-free; use warm water for drinking and bathing.

Ensure 7–8 hours of restful sleep.

Regular Abhyanga (oil massage) with sesame oil before bath calms Vata and strengthens lungs.

Within 6–8 weeks of consistent practice, you’ll notice fewer morning symptoms, less sneezing, and better breathing comfort.

Wishing you a good health😊

Warm Regards Dr Snehal Vidhate

Balancing your body’s doshas and addressing these symptoms involves a comprehensive approach integrating several aspects of Ayurveda. Since your primary complaints are related to upper respiratory tract and are aggravated in the morning (kapha time), it indicates an imbalance of kapha and possibly internal ama (toxins). Here’s a detailed plan to help you manage and reduce your allergic rhinitis and asthma symptoms through Ayurveda:

1. Dietary Adjustments: Emphasize kapha-pacifying foods. Consume light, warm, dry meals and avoid dairy, cold foods, refined sugars, and heavy foods like red meat. Incorporate warming spices like ginger, turmeric, and black pepper in your meals. Drink warm water infused with tulsi or ginger throughout the day to help you maintain a good digestive fire, or agni.

2. Herbal Remedies: Use trikatu churna (a mix of ginger, black pepper, and long pepper) daily. Start with 1/4 teaspoon twice a day with honey or warm water. It helps enhance digestion and aids in the expulsion of excess kapha. Consider Ashwagandha for body strength and reducing stress which might be impacting your condition negatively.

3. Daily Routine and Lifestyle: Following a consistent daily routine with timing in meals, sleep, and activities helps balance your doshas. Engaging in pranayama, especially Nadi Shodhana (Alternate Nostril Breathing) and Bhastrika, early in the morning can clear nasal passages and enhance respiratory function.

4. Nasya Therapy: Applying a couple of drops of Anu taila in each nostril daily can lubricate nasal passages and reduce blockages. Ideally, this should be done in the morning, followed by steam inhalation with eucalyptus oil.

5. Regular Exercise: Engage in moderate exercise like yoga or brisk walking early in the day when kapha is highest, to stimulate agni and maintain respiratory health.

For a significant IgE level and persistent symptoms, ensure to consult with healthcare professionals for appropriate monitoring. Ayurvedic treatments should complement, not replace, conventional medical practices especially in acute asthma conditions. Seek direct medical intervention if symptoms like breathing difficulty or persistent coughing worsen abruptly.
