which tea powder is best in india - #43847

Hudson

I am really curious about knowing which tea powder is best in India. Last month, I decided to make a switch from all those sugary drinks I used to rely on to something healthier since I was feeling kinda sluggish all the time. I started trying different teas but honestly, I'm not even sure where to begin! I picked up some random brands from the local store, but some just taste off. A couple tasted bitter after a few minutes of steeping, and others didn't even have much flavor at all. I've heard about a few types like Assam and Darjeeling, but seriously, which tea powder is best in India for everyday use? I tend to have it in the morning and sometimes in the afternoon, but if I drink too much, my stomach feels a little funny. Like, will I still get energy or just end up jittery? Also, someone mentioned green tea once, is that even a good option for someone who's new to the whole tea scene? Would love your advice on the best tea powder or even any tips on how to prepare them! Thanks a ton!

When it comes to selecting the best tea powder in India, you’ll be pleased to know there are a variety to choose from, each with its own unique benefits and flavors. Assam and Darjeeling teas are indeed among the most favored due to their rich taste and health benefits. If you want a bold, robust flavor, Assam tea is a great choice; it can provide a strong start to your day with it’s distinct malty taste. However, if you prefer something lighter and more aromatic, Darjeeling might be more to your liking – often referred to as the ‘Champagne of teas,’ it offers a delicate muscatel flavor that some find quite refreshing.

For someone new, starting with green tea could be beneficial. It’s known for its antioxidants, which can help boost your metabolism and improve overall health. When preparing green tea, avoid boiling water as it tends to make the tea bitter. Instead, use water that’s just about 80-85 degrees Celsius and steep it for no more than 2-3 minutes.

If jitteriness is a concern, look for tea with lower caffeine content, or try herbal teas like Tulsi or chamomile – these can be soothing and delightful without the caffeine kick. Tulsi, also known as Basil, supports digestion and can be especially beneficial if you have a sensitive stomach.

Pay attention to how much tea you’re consuming, as overconsumption might upset your stomach. A couple of cups a day should suffice for energy, without the jitters. You could also benefit from adding a few spices like ginger or cardamom to balance your tea and enhance digestion, a practice deeply rooted in Ayurveda. Remember, for quality, go for brands known for their purity and freshness. Try a few kinds, as your taste preference will play a significant role in determining which one’s best for you. Enjoy your exploration into the world of teas!
