I am really confused about how to use kesar. A couple of weeks ago, my friend mentioned how amazing it is for skin and overall health, and I got super curious. I bought some pure kesar (saffron), but now that I have it, I don't know the best way to use it. I've read a lot about its benefits, like how to use kesar for glowing skin and even for improving digestion, but all those recipes seem complicated! Sometimes it feels like a lot of hassle for something as simple as a spice. Just the other day, I tried making a kesar milk, but I think I used too much and it tasted funny—not what I expected at all. Also, my skin has been having some issues lately, like weird dryness and patches, and I really want to try using kesar in some homemade masks or something. Someone told me it can help with that too? I tried searching online, but there are just sooo many different opinions on how to use kesar and I’m lost! Is there a simple way to add it in my daily routine without turning into a master chef?
