I am really curious about something that's been bouncing around in my mind. A few weeks ago, I had this dinner party, and the host served curd as part of the dessert. Everyone enjoyed it, but later I heard someone mention that consuming curd at night might not be the best idea?! It got me thinking about what happens when we eat curd at night. I mean, I love curd and often have it with my meals or as a snack! However, one time after finishing a late-night dinner with curd, I felt kind of bloated and a bit uneasy. Is there really any truth to what happens when we eat curd at night? I've read mixed opinions online — some say it’s fine, while others claim it can cause issues like indigestion or mucus build-up. I’ve also seen some stuff about how consuming curd in the evening can mess with your sleep. Does that mean people with stomach problems should totally avoid it at night? I can't be the only one who’s confused about this, right? Would love some insights, especially if there are better ways to enjoy curd without worrying about side effects like that. Thanks!
