I am really stressed out about my health lately. I keep getting these weird allergic reactions and my doctor said I have really high IgE levels – like, they’ve never seen levels like this in anyone! They run tests, and it was really frustrating because all they offered were allergy meds. They don’t really get how it affects me. I’ve been sneezing a lot, and sometimes I can’t even breathe right, and it’s driving me crazy! A friend told me that maybe I could look into Ayurveda for how to reduce IgE levels because, apparently, it’s a natural way and might help get to the root of the issue instead of just masking the symptoms. But, like, where do I even start? I am unsure if there are specific herbs or treatments in Ayurveda that could help with this. I read something about turmeric and some leafy greens — idk if that actually helps. 😕 If anyone has experience, could you share how to reduce IgE levels ayurveda style? What should I incorporate into my diet, or are there specific practices I need to follow? I feel a bit lost and honestly, kinda worried. Any advice would be super useful! Thanks a ton!
