I am really confused about how to take anjeer lately. My mom always said it's super healthy, but I just don't know the best way to do that. Like, do I need to eat it fresh, or is dried anjeer better? I've been munching on some dried anjeer that I bought at the store, but I feel like I'm not getting the full benefits or something. There’s no clear guide on how to take anjeer, and I wonder if I’m missing something. A few weeks ago, I started feeling really sluggish and my digestion isn’t the best either. I remember reading somewhere that anjeer can help with digestion but it’s been hard to figure out my dosage or how exactly to include it in my diet. Also, what about allergies? I read some people might get allergic to it; is that a risk? I’m really hoping to find a reliable way to take anjeer, maybe mix it in smoothies or sprinkle on yogurt. I also heard pairing it with something makes it more effective? Ugh, I just need some direction here! Any advice on how to take anjeer properly would be awesome, like any specific recipes or tips.
