I am really struggling with my hair lately, and it’s been super frustrating! I used to have such thick hair, but after some stress from work and not eating right, it feels like it's thinning. I've tried a few things, like different shampoos, but nothing seems to help. I’ve heard that the right diet can make a huge difference for hair growth and health. Like, I read somewhere that dry fruits can be a good option, but idk which one to pick. I came across a list of dry fruits, like almonds, walnuts, and even figs, but it’s unclear to me which dry fruit is best for hair growth—and how much I need to consume. I mean, is it better to snack on them or use them in recipes? I've noticed my friends suggesting various ones, but I think they are just guessing. It's so confusing! If anyone can share your advice, or even your own experiences with which dry fruit is best for hair growth, I would really appreciate it! I'm willing to try anything at this point since I just want my hair to be full and healthy again. Thanks a ton in advance!
