I am really confused about this manasamitra vatakam stuff. I started taking it after hearing my friend rave about how it helped her anxiety, but honestly I’m just not sure if I’m doing it right. A few weeks ago, I was feeling really overwhelmed with work and just life in general, and I thought I could use a little support. I remember seeing that it was supposed to help with mental clarity and mood, so I gave it a shot. But now, I kind of feel the same, or even worse some days. I take it once in the morning and sometimes in the evening too but I don’t know if that's enough?? I read somewhere that some people take it with ghee or honey – is that right? Or maybe I should be taking it with something else? I honestly keep forgetting to have it at the same time every day, like sometimes I’ll take it with breakfast and then other days just before bed. I wonder if that matters with manasamitra vatakam?? Also, how long does it really take to feel any effects? Feel frustrated thinking I wasted money if it doesn’t work out, but I also don’t want to give up on it too soon. Any tips on how to take manasamitra vatakam would really help! Thanks!
