I am really confused and seeking advice on which ayurvedic medicine is best for weight loss. For the past few months, I’ve been trying to shift some extra pounds that just don't seem to budge. I’ve tried various diets and workouts, but nothing really sticks. I've even gone to some fitness classes which kind of helped, but I still feel like I'm in the same place. I read that there are some ayurvedic options out there, but honestly, I have no clue which ayurvedic medicine is best for weight loss. My friend mentioned triphala, but I haven’t heard much else. Sometimes, I experience bloating and digestion issues, and I wonder if that’s part of the problem. Should I focus on something for digestion first? Or is there a specific ayurvedic medicine that's known for weight loss? I'm feeling overwhelmed with all the info online, and I don’t want to try a bunch of stuff that might not even work! It kinda feels like I’m running in circles. Any thoughts on which ayurvedic medicine is best for weight loss would be super helpful. Thx in advance!
