I am really struggling with my weight and heard about this thing called shilajit. I've been trying various diets and workouts, but nothing seems to work for me. A friend mentioned how to use shilajit for weight loss and said she lost like 10 pounds in a month, which is super impressive. I'm curious though, how does shilajit actually help? I got some shilajit online a week ago, but the packaging doesn’t have clear instructions, and now I’m worried I’m using it wrong! 😅 I thought about mixing it with warm water, but my friend said there are other methods too, like putting it in smoothies or something. I just don’t wanna miss out on its benefits, you know? Additionally, I’ve read that people combine shilajit with other herbs – is that necessary or can I just take it by itself?
