I am really confused about my diet these days. I’ve been trying to eat healthier but I heard something strange from a friend. She mentioned that combining egg and curd is a great idea for protein intake, which got me thinking! I usually have eggs in the morning, but sometimes I mix up my breakfast, and curd is like my go-to snack. Lately, though, I’ve noticed my stomach feeling a bit weird after breakfast, like heavy and bloated. I am not sure if it's the egg and curd I had together or just something else messing with me. I read online about "is egg and curd a good combination" but I found conflicting infos, some say it’s fine while others act like it’s a no-go. I mean, people in some cultures eat them together all the time! Have any of you tried this? Does it really create digestive issues? And like, is there a way to enjoy them both without feeling yucky?
