Quando se trata de usar chá para perda de peso, é importante ser cauteloso com a dosagem e também com o tipo de folhas que você está utilizando. Presumo que você esteja usando algum tipo de folha específica associada ao controle de peso, como as folhas de ervas comuns em misturas para esse fim.

Primeiramente, considere o seu tipo de constituição (ou prakriti) de acordo com a Ayurveda. Pessoas com predominância dosha Kapha geralmente têm mais propensão à ganho de peso e podem beneficiar mais de chás que estimulam o agni (fogo digestivo). Se você acreditar que tem um dosha Kapha predominante, poderá notar que o metabolismo tende a ser mais lento, e ervas que ajudam a estimulá-lo podem ser benéficas.

Você pode começar com meia colher de chá de folhas secas para cada xícara de água (cerca de 240 ml), fervendo no fogão por aproximadamente 5 a 7 minutos. Depois coe o chá para removê as folhas e consuma enquanto ainda estiver quente para melhor eficácia. Beba esse chá entre as refeições ao longo do dia – de 2 a 3 xícaras em intervalos, mas evite consumi-lo tarde da noite para não afetar seu sono.

Lembre-se também de considerar outros métodos de perda de peso como adaptar a alimentação para incluir mais alimentos equilibrados em tempero e sabor, além de atividade física regular, mesmo que seja uma caminhada leve de 30 minutos por dia. Isso ajudará a melhorar sua permeabilidade digestiva e melhorar o metabolismo.
