1. Amrutha rajanyadi kashaya 10ml + 45 ml lukewarm water twice daily half an hour before food. (2 weeks) 2. Thaleesapathradi choorna 1/2 spoon 4 times a day. (3weeks) 3. Haridra khandam 1/2 spoon with 1/2 cup milk. (If you are difficulty in drinking milk then take it with warm water)
after 3 weeks 1. Anutailam 2 srops in each nostril after a steam inhalation. (empty stomach) 2. Dashamoola rasayana 1/2 spoon at night or evening time.
