My son has 16 years age from so many years he is suffered with blocked nose sneezing running nose blocked nose itchy eyes and nose snoringdisturbed sleep.used many citrizen tbs temporary relief. What is solution for my son.is allergy rakshak avaleha safe to use.

Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery

1. Amrutha rajanyadi kashaya 10ml + 45 ml lukewarm water twice daily half an hour before food. (2 weeks)
2. Thaleesapathradi choorna 1/2 spoon 4 times a day. (3weeks)
3. Haridra khandam 1/2 spoon with 1/2 cup milk. (If you are difficulty in drinking milk then take it with warm water)
after 3 weeks
1. Anutailam 2 srops in each nostril after a steam inhalation. (empty stomach)
2. Dashamoola rasayana 1/2 spoon at night or evening time.
Take care.
Follow up after 1 month
