Managing Blood Sugar Levels as a Diabetic - #47757

Iam a diabetic since 2013. 65 years old. I studied nutrionist course. Now iam a certified nutrionist. My blood sugar without tablet 280 to 300. I changed my food menu and taking only glycomet SR 500at night.(earlier I was taking glycomet gp 0.5 also after breakfast). Now BS is 170/180. After lunch iam taking Aswaganda capsule 400mg 2nos Can I take panneer dodi tablet at morning to bring down the sugar level to 150. I go for a walk 3km daily. Please advice. Natarajan
