I am not getting sound sleep can I take neem leaves now in magha mahina . I also feel pain in back after eating tomato for 2 or 3 days or raw onion What is the best diet for blood group a positive person

Neem you can take 2–3 neem leaves in the morning only. Don’t take at night (it disturbs sleep). Back pain after tomato / raw onion

These increase Vata & acidity → cause pain. Avoid raw onion and excess tomato

For good sleep Warm milk at night, early dinner, avoid sour & raw foods.

Best diet for A+ blood group Rice, wheat, millets, dal, vegetables (cooked), fruits. Avoid red meat, fried & very spicy foods.
