In Ayurveda, frequent forgetfulness is commonly linked with:

Vata aggravation (unstable mind, weak focus)

Pitta imbalance (heat/toxins affecting brain)

Rajas–Tamas increase (mental dullness)

Ama (toxins) due to gutka + junk food

👉 Gutka (tobacco + chemicals + lime) directly increases Pitta & Vata, reduces Ojas, and weakens Medha (intelligence/memory).

✅ Ayurvedic Prescription (4–6 weeks)

1) For Memory + Brain Nourishment (Medhya Rasayana)

A. Brahmi capsules

Brahmi Capsule 500 mg

Dose: 1 capsule twice daily

After food with lukewarm water ⏳ Duration: 45 days

B. Mandukaparni / Gotu Kola

Mandukaparni capsule 500 mg

Dose: 1 capsule once daily (morning) ⏳ 45 days

✅ Either Brahmi + Mandukaparni together works best.

2) For Stress + Better Sleep (important for memory)

Ashwagandha

Ashwagandha capsule 500 mg

Dose: 1 capsule after dinner
