Respected Sir / Madam , I am a student who's developing a herbal candy/pastille using Leucas aspera (Thumbai) extract, mainly intended for sore throat and cold. Each candy contains 250 mg of Leucas aspera extract. I would like to know: 1) Whether this dose is safe for oral consumption in candy form 2) If this dosage is suitable for adults and/or children 3) Recommended daily intake limits, if any 4) Possible contraindications or toxicity concerns with long-term use Your guidance will help ensure safety and classical alignment of the formulation.
