Seeking Guidance for Healthy Weight Gain and Skin Improvement - #48801

Hello Doctor, I am 26 years old and my weight is only 42 kg. I have been underweight for a long time. I also get pimples and acne marks on my face, and my skin heals slowly. I am worried this may be due to nutritional deficiency or hormonal imbalance. I want guidance for healthy weight gain (not supplements or steroids) and to know if any tests are needed. My wedding is in 2 years and I want to improve my health and skin naturally. Please advise diet, lifestyle changes, and whether I should check iron, vitamins, thyroid, or hormones.

Avoid oily, spicy and processed foods. Regular exercise. Increase intake of protein rich diet I.e.Dairy products,nuts, pulses soyabean etc. Ashwagandharishta 15ml twice after meal with lukewarm water Tab.Liv 52DS 1-0-1 Shatavari kalp 15gms twice with milk Follow up after 4weeks.
