Hello Doctor, I am 26 years old and my weight is only 42 kg. I have been underweight for a long time. I also get pimples and acne marks on my face, and my skin heals slowly. I am worried this may be due to nutritional deficiency or hormonal imbalance. I want guidance for healthy weight gain (not supplements or steroids) and to know if any tests are needed.
