Does refrigerating ash gourd juice diminish its benefits? - #48830

I drink ashgourd juicd daily but as ayurveda says that we should only consume fresh fruits n vegetables, but ash gourd cannot be finished completely in aday so it has to be stored in fridge for around 7 days and consumed daily. Does the advantage of thr juicd disappear due to storing in fridge? Same for vegetabes and other fruits brought from market?

So, in Ayurveda, fresh food is seen as having all its life energy (Prana Yukta).
