Hello Good question! Fennel can help with digestion, sweet cravings, and weight, but only if you don’t take too much. I’ll explain it in simple terms from an Ayurvedic point of view. Fennel: How much is okay? ✅ How much fennel can you eat daily? 1–2 teaspoons (5–10 grams) a day is safe and helpful. Don’t eat 4–5 teaspoons every day. Saunf kitni le sakte hain? Roz 1–2 chhoti chamach (teaspoon) saunf kaafi hoti hai. 4–5 chamach roz lena zarurat se zyada ho sakta hai—kabhi-kabhi gas, acidity ya allergy (khujli) badha sakti hai.

Mitha khane ka mann ho to? Haan, saunf chabana ya saunf ki chai mitha craving thodi kam kar sakti hai. Par mitha saunf (sugar-coated) se bachें—wo weight loss me help nahi karta.
