- Diagnosis: Pitha Prakopa → Premature greying of hair - Internal Medicine Amla Churna – 3 g, after breakfast with warm water or honey, for 3 months Bhrigrajasav 15 ml BD after meal with 15 ml Luke warm water - External Therapy Bhringraj Oil Massage – Warm oil applied to scalp, daily or 4–5 times/week for 20–30 minutes. Leave overnight or wash after 1–2 hours. - Dietary Recommendations Favor cool, sweet, and moist foods: Rice, oats, leafy vegetables, fruits like apple and pomegranate Include dairy & nuts: Milk, ghee, soaked almonds Avoid spicy, oily, sour, fermented foods; limit coffee & alcohol - Lifestyle Keep body cool; avoid excessive sun Drink herbal teas: mint, coriander, fennel Regular sleep & stress management (yoga/meditation) - Diet to Balance Pitha Favor: Rice, barley, oats Leafy greens, cucumber, carrots Sweet fruits (apple, grapes, pomegranate) Milk, ghee, yogurt Almonds, sunflower seeds Cooling spices: coriander, fennel, cardamom - Avoid: Spicy, oily, fried foods Sour/pickled foods Coffee, black tea, alcohol Red meat, excess onion/garlic
