Dono ka alag-alag matra aur samay follow karein
Dantpustak Churan – ½ teaspoon subah + raat
Kapiva Shilajit Resin – pea-size (≈ 125 mg) subah warm water/milk ke saath
Important
Bahut garmi ke time, shilajit ki matra kam rakhein
Dono ko khali pet nahi, khane ke 30 min baad le sakte hain
Pitta high lag raha ho → shilajit only 1 time/day, aur subah hi

Thodi si matra ungli ya brush par lekar daant saaf karein
Baad me achchhi tarah kulla zaroor karein
- Kapiva Gold Shilajit Resin
Chawal ke dane jitni (≈ 250 mg)
Subah nashta ke baad
Thande ya normal temperature ke doodh / pani ke saath
❌ garam doodh/pani ke saath nahi
-Agar ye symptoms aaye to band kar dein:
Zyada garmi lagna
Munh me chhale
Peshab me jalan
Sir dard ya bechaini
➡️ Shilajit ushna (garam taseer) ka hota hai, isliye garmi me kam matra best hoti hai.
