Medohar Guggulu can help support gradual weight loss, but it is not a magic solution for extreme, rapid weight loss. Rapid loss from 100 kg to 83 kg in 1–3 months is unsafe. A realistic, safe target would be 8–12 kg in 3 months. - Rx: 1)Baidyanath Medohar Guggulu – 2 tablets, twice daily after meals with lukewarm water 2)Trikatu Churna – ½ tsp with warm water, once daily before lunch (optional, to improve digestion and metabolism) 3)Panchakola Churna – ½ tsp with warm water, once daily before dinner (if constipation/slow digestion present) - Pathya (Lifestyle & Diet Advice): Eat light, easily digestible meals, avoid fried & processed foods Include high-protein foods (lentils, eggs, chicken, paneer) Drink 2–3 L water daily Exercise: brisk walking or yoga 30–45 min/day Sleep: 6–7 hours, avoid late-night meals Duration: 3 months, reassess progress Note: Monitor for mild GI upset; discontinue if severe. Weight loss should be gradual (~0.5–1 kg/week).

For weight loss you have follow strict lifestyle modification. Avoid sugar,maida, wheat,and packed foods. Regular exercise. Use boiled water for drinking. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Tab.Garcini 3-0-3 Before meal Tab medohar Guggulu 2-0-2 After meal Follow up after 4weeks.
