-Your daughter is underweight for her age and height. Here’s a concise guide: 1. Nutrition: Proteins: Eggs, paneer, milk, chicken, lentils. Healthy fats: Nuts, peanut butter, avocado, olive oil. Carbs: Whole grains like rice, oats, bread. Fruits & veggies: Include in smoothies or snacks. 2. Meals: 5–6 small meals/day, include calorie-rich snacks (nuts, dried fruits, smoothies). 3. Exercise: Light strength exercises or yoga to build muscle. Avoid excessive cardio. 4. Ayurvedic options: Chyawanprash (safe for kids), Shatavari syrup. Avoid adult tonics; firstly check her thyroid profile. 5. Check-up: See a pediatrician to rule out thyroid, celiac, or other causes before starting supplements.
