Doctors' responses

-Excessive soy can affect thyroid in sensitive people or interfere with hormone balance if consumed in very large amounts daily, but 100 g is usually fine. -Soak and boil properly; avoid very high oil/masala when cooking. ✅ Safe and excellent for protein intake. -6 g per egg → 5 eggs = 30 g protein. -If you’re healthy with no heart issues, 5 eggs a day occasionally is fine. -100 g paneer → ~18–20 g protein. Note: Spread them across meals, don’t eat all at once. Drink enough water. If high cholesterol is a concern, reduce whole eggs or use more egg whites.

Soya Chunks – 100 g daily Generally safe Good protein source May cause gas or bloating in some people Better to take 50–75 g daily instead of 100 g regularly Eggs – 5 eggs daily Good for muscle growth Safe if you are healthy 👉 Better option: 2 whole eggs + 3 egg whites Evening or post workout is okay Paneer Good protein and calcium Helps muscle building Take 50–100 g daily Avoid excess if digestion is weak or weight gain unwanted Drink enough water Balance protein from different sources Avoid too much protein from only one food
