Hello Thanks for the good question. You’re spot on—mixing the wrong fruits or eating them at the wrong time can mess with your digestion, causing gas, acidity, and toxins. But dont worry we are here to help you out 😊 YOUR CONCERN You’re having tummy troubles because you snack a lot. This is happening because: –Your digestion is weak + you’re mixing the wrong foods, especially fruits. Fruits break down at different rates: –Sweet fruits (like bananas) take their time. –Citrus fruits (like oranges) are speedy. –Astringent fruits (like pomegranate, guava) tend to dry you out. ±Mixing them wrong can lead to gas, bloating, acidity, and yucky toxins. How to Eat Your Fruits Right You’ve got: Apple, Banana, Pomegranate, Guava, Orange, Beetroot Here’s the best way to schedule them each day: ** 6:30 – 7:00 AM (Empty Stomach)** Best for a clean start Pomegranate OR Apple Just one at a time give it 30 minutes 8:30 – 9:00 AM (Breakfast Time) Guava OR Beetroot juice These are heavy , so don’t mix with banana or citrus 11:30 – 12:00 PM Orange Eat it by itself Don’t pair with banana or apple 4:00 – 5:00 PM Banana Okay with: -Soaked almonds -Milk -But never with citrus or apple Bad Combos –Banana + Orange = Gas –Banana + Apple = Acid –Banana + Pomegranate = Can’t digest –Citrus + Beetroot = Toxins –Guava + Banana = Bloating Help Your Gut (Important) 1.Hingwashtak Churna ½ tsp after meals To stop gas 2.Jeerakadyarishta 15 ml after lunch & dinner Digestion help 3 Triphala ½ tsp at night Gets rid of toxins How to Eat Eat fruits solo, not with meals Wait 2 hours between fruits and meals No fruit at night Chew well Getting the timing and combinations right will: –Stop acidity –Help you absorb nutrients better –Cut down on bloating Make your skin look better and give you more energy You don’t have to skip fruits — just eat them the Ayurvedic way Warm Regards Dr Snehal Vidhate

-Eat fruits on an empty stomach or between meals. Avoid mixing bananas with apples or oranges. Morning: Apple, guava, or pomegranate. Mid-morning: Banana alone, because they digest differently and can cause bloating. Lunch/Evening: Orange or pomegranate, not with banana. Beetroot: Eat with meals, not with fruits. Eat simple, one or two fruits at a time to avoid discomfort.
