Doctors' responses

—You’ve been weak and in pain for over 6 months, and this is likely due to low testosterone, low iron, chronic stress, and muscle loss — not just depression alone. Your current medications (escitalopram, risperidone, and testosterone gel) are helping and should be continued under supervision. —Alfalfa will not help much in your case. Ginseng may improve energy slightly, but it must be started in a low dose and monitored because it can sometimes increase anxiety with your current medications. –Rx: Ashwagandha churna 3g BD with milk Maha Yogaraj Guggulu 1 tab BD after food Punarnava Mandoor 1 tab BD after food Brahmi vati 1 HS Bala-Ashwagandhadi taila abhyanga daily ---- avoid alfalfa and gingeng for now ----Advice: High-protein warm diet, 1 tsp ghee daily, light strength exercise + pranayama. —Review: 4 weeks.
