Good morning Doctor, For the past 1 month I am suffering from left side knee (joint) pain. I don't know the reason for this sudden knee pain. Now I am 58 years running. What are the treatment i should follow ?

As you said there is no history of injury and swelling, follow some medicines for 2 weeks and follow up. 1. Rasnerandadi kashaya 15 ml+ 45 ml lukewarm water twice daily before food. 2. Gandha tailam tab 2-0-2 with kashaya. 3. Dhanwantaram tailam for dhara over left knee joint. (Tailam should be lukewarm during process, do it for atleast 20 minutes). 4. Bandage with a cotton cloth after the dhara. 5. Do nagaradi choornam bandage for 3 days. Mix nagaradi choornam with lukewarm water and make it as a paste form, apply over knee joint and tie it with cotton cloth. Take care, Dr. Shaniba
