Can I take a mixture of Divya Amalki Rasayana and Patanjali Saptamrit Lauh powder with honey and wash it down with raisin water for hair fall control? - #55977

For hair fall, I would not recommend mixing these products on your own, especially Saptamrit Lauh, because iron-containing preparations should be used based on need. Simple approach: Amalaki Rasayana alone can be taken as directed after food Include protein-rich foods, nuts, seeds, leafy vegetables, and adequate water Check common causes: iron, vitamin D, B12, thyroid if hair fall is >6 months Raisin water is generally fine, but taking multiple formulations together on an empty stomach is not necessary.
