Aapke 32 saal ki umr mein daadi aur sir ke baalon ka safed hona aur baalon ka udna ek samanya samasya hai, lekin isse sambhalne ke liye Ayurvedic upay ka istemal kiya ja sakta hai. Aapko apne aahar mein jaise dahi, nuts (akharot, badam), seeds (flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds), aur seasonal fruits aur sabjiyaan shamil karni chahiye, kyunki yeh sabhi poshak tatvon se bharpoor hain jo baalon ki sehat ko badhawa dete hain. Amla ka juice ya powder lena, jo baalon ko kaala aur majboot banane mein madad karta hai, bahut laabhdayak hoga. Bhringraj tel se sir par masaj karne se baalon ki growth aur safed baalon ko kaale karne mein bhi madad milti hai. Yoga aur meditation jaisi vyayamo se stress ko kam karna aur sahi neend lena bhi zaroori hai, kyunki manasik tanav baalon ke safed hone aur udne ka karan ban sakta hai. Coconut oil ya mustard oil ke saath Bhringraj aur Amla oil mila kar masaj karna aapke baalon ki majbooti aur rangat ko sudharne mein madad karega. Agar in upayon ke baad bhi koi sudhar nahi dikhai deta, to ek Ayurvedic practitioner se sampark karna behtar hoga, jo aapko vyaktigat samasyaon ka samadhan de sakte hain.

Applying hair oils like Bhringraj oil or a mix of coconut oil with some curry leaves can nurture your scalp and rejuvenate hair follicles. Massage your scalp gently 2-3 times a week, preferabbly at night before sleeping to let it nourish your hair overnight. It helps with both strength and color.
