Slip disc is not curable but definitely well managed without your day to day activities and work but need proper treatment.
Firstly follow some low back strengthening exercises. Walking - 30mins Try to sleep on hard surface but not on floor Keep the pillow in between the knee turn one side and sleep.
Best results to get better to undergo panchakarma treatment 1) kati basti followed by Patra pinda sweda for 7days 2) matra basti for 3days
Medicine 1) Lumbatone soft gel caps 1-1-1 after food 2) sahacharadi kashaya 3) rasnaerandadi kashaya 10ml-0-10ml with 10ml warm water before food ( mix each kashaya equal quantity ).
