Hey buddy How are you doing? You have to be busy or get exhausted to get rid of suicidal thoughts to an extent. Would suggest you nutrition change, panchakarma and few one on one sessions to reduce the thoughts.

Always remember…our mind has created a pattern… Even if everything is going right…our mind finds some thoughts as it has been accoustomed…

Advise you to take one on one session a,therapy, lifestyle and dietary changes.

Prioritize your safety by maintaining ongoing communication with your mental health professionals. Suicidal thoughts require immediate attention and comprehensive care. Emphasize consistent medical support, prioritizing consultations with your psychiatrist and therapist, and following their guidance strictly.

In Ayurveda, addressing the mind involves focusing on balancing Sattva (clarity and peace), while reducing Tama (dark, heavy qualities) and Rajas (agitation and movement) which can disrupt mental harmony. Starting with practices that build Sattva can be beneficial.

1. Daily Routine & Meditation: Establish a structured daily routine if possible. Consistency provides mind stability. Incorporate meditation practices like guided meditation or mantra chanting. For instance, try starting with slow, focused breathing each morning for 5-10 minutes, focusing on your breath to bring calmness and grounding to your mind.

2. Pranayama and Yoga: Engage in gentle pranayama, such as Anulom Vilom (alternate nostril breathing). Practicing this for about 5-10 minutes a day may ease mental disturbances. Similarly, incorporate calming yoga asanas like Shavasana or Balasana (Child’s pose), focus on aligning breaths with gentle movements.

3. Diet & Nutrition: Incorporate Sattvic foods - warm, nourishing meals cooked with calming spices like ginger and turmeric. Consume ghee, almonds, and milk to promote calming qualities. Avoid stimulants such as caffeine, excessive sugar, or processed food that could aggravate mental aggravation.

4. Herbs: Consider consulting an Ayurvedic practitioner for tailored-use of herbs such as Brahmi or Ashwagandha, known for their calming effects, aiding mental resilience without interfering with prescribed treatments.

Be sure to continue communicating with your healthcare team, especially in aligning any integrative treatments with your current medical approach. Safety and support from professionals around you are paramount. Reach out to your support system, engage in community groups or hotline services if needed. Your wellbeing takes precedence.
