Dr. Manjula
I am a dedicated Ayurveda practitioner with a deep-rooted passion for restoring health through traditional Ayurvedic principles. My clinical approach revolves around understanding the unique constitution (Prakruti) and current imbalance (Vikruti) of each individual. I conduct comprehensive consultations that include Prakruti-Vikruti Pareeksha, tongue examination, and other Ayurvedic diagnostic tools to identify the underlying causes of disease, rather than just addressing symptoms. My primary focus is on balancing the doshas—Vata, Pitta, and Kapha—through individualized treatment plans that include herbal medicines, therapeutic diets, and lifestyle modifications. I believe that healing begins with alignment, and I work closely with my patients to bring the body, mind, and spirit into harmony using personalized, constitution-based interventions. Whether managing chronic conditions or guiding preventive health, I aim to empower patients through Ayurvedic wisdom, offering not just relief but a sustainable path to well-being. My practice is rooted in authenticity, guided by classical Ayurvedic texts and a strong commitment to ethical, patient-centered care. I take pride in helping people achieve long-term health outcomes by integrating ancient knowledge with a modern, practical approach. Through continuous learning and close attention to every detail in diagnosis and treatment, I strive to deliver meaningful, natural, and effective results for all my patients.

Considering the critical nature of your sister's condition, like mentioned blockages in the arteries and past angioplasty, priority should be given to cardiologist's advice who is familiar with her detailed medical history. Procedures like EECP (Enhanced External Counterpulsation) and medical management are less invasive options, but they typically complement rather than replace procedures like angioplasty when blockages are significant. Begin with ensuring that your sister adheres to a heart-healthy lifestyle. This would include a diet primarily comprised of fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats like nuts and seeds. Keep sodium and sugar intake minimal. In Ayurveda, foods like garlic, turmeric and ginger, known for their cardio-protective properties, can be included as they help in maintaining healthy cholesterol and improving circulation. Guiding lifestyle habits towards regular, moderate physical activity such as brisk walking or yoga can assist in maintaining good cardiovascular health and should be done as per health professional's advice. Stress reduction techniques, such as meditation or deep breathing, can also be very beneficial. Her digestive health is equally important. Maintaining good digestion, considering Ayurvedic principles, helps the body process nutrients more effectively and supports overall vitality. Encourage having regular meal timings and staying well-hydrated with warm water, avoiding cold or iced drinks which can weaken digestive fire, or Agni. Consult an experienced cardiologist about EECP suitability for her condition. It could augment heart's blood flow by opening small channels around blocked arteries, which might be considered if she's not a candidate for invasive procedures. However, always relying on expert medical evaluation for treatment decisions is key. Don't delay, consult doctor for personalized guidance aligned with her current condition.
