Ingredients (equal amounts) Amhar (Indian gooseberry) Dried ginger - digestive, Pippali - digestive booster, beneficial for the digestive system Dried curry leaves - digestive juice stimulant Celery - anti-flatulence, anti-gas Black pepper - anti-phlegm and anti-flatulence Cumin - digestive supporter, asafoetida - excellent anti-flatulence Make a fine powder of all and store it safely. The correct method for making Tranquillity Tea Ingredients Method Boil 1 cup of water. Turn off the heat. Add jatamansi powder, brahmi powder, and conch flower powder (all three in equal amounts). Add 1/2 teaspoon of the mixture. Cover the cup and let it steep for 5-7 minutes. Strain and consume. Take about 1 hour before bedtime. Other helpful measures Anulom-Vilom and Bhramari Pranayama calm stress hormones. Regular bedtimes, light meals and reducing screen time help keep the mind calm. Meditation, walking, and soft music gradually reduce mental fatigue.

As per your description your Diagnosis is Manasik vikaar – Chittodvega / Atatvabhinivesha Vata-Pitta prakop — I am recommending you ayurveda treatment for your condition Internal Medicines 1) Ashwagandha Cap 500 mg after food with milk twice daily 2) Brahmi Vati 1 tablet twice daily after food 3)Jatamansi Churna 2 gm at bedtime with lukewarm water 4) Saraswatarishta 15 ml + equal water twice daily after meals -External / Panchakarma (near by panchkarma centre) -Shirodhara (7–14 sittings) -Abhyanga with Ksheerabala taila -Nasya with sheerbala taila -------Diet Advice - eat Warm, light and ghee in your food(1 tsf) - Avoid caffeine, excess tea/coffee - Avoid very spicy, junk food -----advice to do Anulom-Vilom 10 min Bhramari 7 rounds Sleep before 11 pm Daily 30 min walk
