HELLO, Yes, Kapparwalli essential oil can be used for inhalation in stress- related anxiety-but with care and proper dilution HOW IT WORKS 1) BALANCES VATA AND KAPHA -stress and anxiety are mainly vata imbalance -Kaparawalli has warming and prana-vata stabilising properties -Its aroma calms the nervous system and reduces restlessness 2) NERVOUS SYSTEM ACTION -contain thymol and carvacrol like compounds ACTS AS -mild relaxant -anti anxiety calms overactive mind -Improves breathing deep breathing reduces cortisol RESPIRATORY CHANNEL -clears subtle blockages -better oxygen flow-> better brain relaxation-> reduced anxiety HOW TO USE -Add 1-2 drops only in hot water -inhale steam for 5-7 minutes -once daily preferably evening OR -1 drop on handkerchief and inhale gently Do not use directly on skin without dilution Avoid in pregnancy, asthma sensitivity, or if strong smell causes irritation DURATION use for 2-3 weeks, then reassess Since stress is 1-3 months duration, combine with -brahmi tea -Ashwaganda 1 tsp with warm milk at betime -daily pranayam 5-10 min Essential oils support stress relief, but for persistent anxiety, proper consolation is better to correct root vata imbalance DO FOLLOW HOPE THIS MIGHT BE HELPFUL THANK YOU

Causing mental health problems, then you will have to take internal medicine Brahmi vati 1-0-1 after food with water Ashwagandha churan 0-0-1tsp at bedtime with warm milk. Light massage on head with Brahmi oil, Do Nasya with Brahmi grith 2 drops in both nostril once daily. Do pranayam lom -vilom bhastrika bhamri 5-10mins twice daily
